As Assistant Director at CTR, Peggy is primarily responsible for credentialing talent practitioners in the execution of Talent Development Reporting Principles (TDRp) within their organizations or with clients. She has developed the credentialing process and is accountable for the development and ongoing enhancement of CTR’s workshops and webinars. She guides CTR certification candidates to ensure success in their journey to implement TDRp within their organizations.
