Peggy Parskey

Peggy has over 25 years of experience in driving strategic change to improve organizational and individual performance. Peggy focuses on team and organizational performance improvement leveraging performance measurement methods, management of change, and organizational design to ensure sustainable capability.

As the Assistant Director at CTR, Peggy is responsible for credentialing talent practitioners in the execution of Talent Development Reporting Principles and oversees the annual awards program. She also supports the development and ongoing enhancement of CTR’s workshops and webinars.

Peggy is also a part-time staff member at Explorance. She provides business development support and delivers strategic consulting services to Human Resources and Learning Organizations.  In this role, Peggy consults with organizations to develop Talent measurement strategies, integrate measurement into Talent processes, develop action-oriented reports, and conduct impact studies to demonstrate the linkage between talent programs and business outcomes.

She holds an MBA and an MS in Statistics from the University of Chicago and a BS in Mathematics from Simmons University. She is the co-author of two books, Learning Analytics with Cristina Hall and John Mattox and Measurement Demystified with David Vance. The Measurement Demystified Field Guide (also co-authored with David Vance) will be released this fall.
