Lorrie is i4cp’s Managing Editor, Director of Research Services and the Editor of The SheSuite, an ongoing series of in-depth interviews with women executives. She has worked in the field of human capital research for a decade, beginning with the Human Resource Institute, and has published numerous articles, playbooks, case studies, editorial features and whitepapers on topics ranging from corporate volunteerism to women in leadership, L&D, employee engagement, talent management and talent acquisition.
Lorrie leads i4cp’s research partnership with ATD, authoring reports to include: Developing Results: Aligning Learning’s Goals and Outcomes With Business Performance Measures; The Global Workplace: Learning Beyond Borders; and Leadership Development for Millennials: Why It Matters. She is a contributing author to The ASTD Leadership Handbook (2010), and her work has been featured in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. An award-winning writer, Lorrie is a graduate of Eckerd College (BA) and Queens University of Charlotte (MFA) and serves as an adjunct professor int eh Program for Experienced Learners at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.
