In his current role as a Senior ROI Consultant at Verizon, he conducts impact and ROI studies for some of their most critical training initiatives. By partnering with training developers, delivery teams, and business leaders across the organization, he helps define how these training experiences ultimately impact their bottom-line business performance.
Paul has a Doctorate degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and is a thought leader in the industry. He is a contributing writer for some of the top training publications including Training Industry Quarterly (TIQ), Association for Talent Development (ATD), Training Magazine, and Training Journal. His book Measuring and Maximizing Training Impact: Bridging the Gap between Training and Business Results was published in September 2014.
