Patti Phillips, PhD

Dr. Patti Phillips is President and CEO of the ROI Institute, the leading source of ROI competency building, implementation support, networking, and research. A renowned leader in measurement and evaluation, Patti helps organizations implement the ROI Methodology in over 70 countries. She serves as chair of the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) People Analytics Board and is chair of the board for the Center for Corporate Productivity. Patti also serves on the Board of Trustees for the UN Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Along with her husband Jack Phillips, Patti contributes to a variety of journals and has authored a number of books on the subject of accountability and ROI.
