Jeff Carpenter

Jeff Carpenter is the founder and CEO of Caveo Learning, a consulting firm that delivers ROI-focused strategic learning and performance solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations in a wide range of industries. Jeff has presented at some of the nation’s foremost learning and development conferences, including Elliott Masie’s Learning, Corporate L&D Institute, Learning Leaders Conference, Center for Talent Reporting Annual Conference, and Society for Human Resource Management International Conference. He has been published in Chief Learning Officer magazine, Learning Solutions magazine, Training, CIO, and Workforce, among others. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Training and Development from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Nebraska.
