Measurement, Analytics, and Reporting

In this workshop you will be introduced to the new Talent Development Reporting principles (TDRp) model. We will cover all of the basics of measurement and reporting, including the four broad reasons to measure, the three types of measures (outcome, effectivness, and efficiency), and the five types of reports. This workshop provides the most up-to-date framework on the topic of measurement and reporting you will find anywhere. This virtual workshop is very interactive, allowing participants to explore the foundations of measurement, the difference between measurement and analytics, and get insight into how measures and reports are used. With this basic understanding, participants will be asked to apply what they've learned to their own organizations. A two-hour follow-up session is provided on November 12 for further discussion and exploration of topics—especially around real-world implementation.
