Michelle Eppler

Michelle Eppler, Ed.D. is the Associate Vice President, Human Capital Lab at Bellevue University. In 2019, Michelle developed an assessment tool to assist Belluevue University partners with measuring soft skills (a.k.a. PowerSkills) gaps in their workforce. Michelle has spent a bulk of her career at Bellevue University  serving as Founding Dean of the College of Continuing & Professional Education.

Michelle serves on the board for ICAN, an organization that ignites the power of learning inspiration and connection for those who will lead their organizations into a sustainable future through leadership, and collaboration. Michelle has a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
