This workshop employs the new Talent Development Reporting principles (TDRp) model to explore the key elements for the measurement, reporting, and management of human capital with a focus on learning & development. The four broad reasons to measure, three types of measures (outcome, effectiveness, and efficiency), and the five types of reports will be reviewed in detail. The TDRp framework will be used to provide guidance in selecting and using the appropriate measures. Time will also be dedicated to the concept of running learning like a business.
